摘要
让水土保持造价控制在可行性研究阶段沿着规范、科学、系统、法制的道路前行,从源头提前控制,可以确保最终实现良好的经济效益和生态效益。从技术与经济相结合的角度,对水土保持方案编制这一阶段工程造价的控制与管理进行探讨。
To make the cost control of soil and water conservation construction along the direction of standard, sci- ence, system and legal in feasibility study stage, conducting the source control in advance could ensure the end that to achieve good economic and ecological benefits. From the angle of technology combined with economy, the paper discussed construction cost control and management in the stage of soil and water conservation scheme preparation.
