摘要
目前,我国旅游业已进入了飞速发展时期,旅游业发展已成为带动区域统筹发展、促进城乡一体建设、美化环境和促进国民经济发展的支柱性产业。大连作为我国著名的旅游城市,在新机遇面前,创新性地提出了"全域旅游"的规划理念,打破行政界线的框定,将1.38万平方千米的土地作为发展整体进行规划建设,建立起城乡一体、覆盖全域的旅游交通、基础设施和服务体系,加强制定"全域旅游"统筹的保障策略,保证下一层次区域旅游规划对整体发展理念、方向的贯彻落实,将城市作为一个整体形象进行推广,全面保障了规划的实施和效果。
Tourism has become a pil ar industry in regional development, urban rural integration, and environmental improvement. Being a major tourism destination, Dalian puts forwards general tourism development concept. Dalian plans the whole 13,800 km2 administrative area for general tourism development, establishes a system of transportation, infrastructure, and tourism service, ensures the implementation of general concept in regional tourism planning, and markets Dalian city for integral tourism development.
