摘要
为解决大城市中心区交通拥堵问题，该类地区职住平衡问题受到了越来越多的重视。本文以深圳市华强北商业区为例，通过一系列的措施，实现了中心区与周边配套区的职住平衡，化解了大城市中心区的交通拥堵问题。
In order to solve the problem of traffic congestion in center area of large city, the balance between residential pl-ace and work place of these area have received more and more at ention. This paper taking Huaqiang North business district in Shenzhen City as an example, through a series of measures, has achieved the balance between work place in central area and residential place in the surrounding supporting area, resol-ving the problem of traffic congestion in center districts of big city.
