摘要
目的:观察艾灸治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年3月至2014年10月入院的肛肠病术后尿潴留患者60例,将60例符合肛肠病术后尿潴留标准的病例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。将对照组患者实施常规护理,嘱患者用热毛巾敷下腹部,按摩,听流水声诱导排尿。观察组在实施常规治疗护理基础上,采用艾灸关元、气海、中极穴等治疗方法,解除尿潴留。观察两组患者自行排尿情况,进行疗效对比。结果:二组经过艾灸治疗之后,病情都得到了有效的缓解,但观察组的恢复时间与恢复情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用艾灸的温热及药物效应刺激局部穴位治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的疗效观察,该研究具有操作安全,简便易行,疗效可靠,副作用小,患者易接受等优点,是一种无创伤的自然疗法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion treatment anorectal postoperative urinary retention. Results： The two groups after care treatment, the patientg condition have been ef- fectively alleviated, but the recovery time and recovery observation group was significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, statisti- cally significant. Conclusions： Warm and drug effects stimulate the local application of moxibustion acupuncture treatment efficacy anorectal postoperative urinary retention. The study has a safe operation, easy, reliable efflcacy, side effects, patients tend to accept, etc. , is a non- invasive natural therapy, worthy of study and promotion.
