摘要
TWIP钢中由于含有大量的Mn、Si、Al、V等合金元素,导致钢板在退火过程中表面产生大量氧化物,严重影响了其连续热浸镀锌性能。采用热力学计算方法,在考虑元素的实际活度的基础上,预测了露点、退火温度、退火气氛氢气含量对表面氧化物形成情况的影响,预测结果将对提高TWIP钢镀锌性起到一定的指导作用。
There are many alloying elements in TWIP steel such as Mn,Si,Al,V and so on,which can cause much oxidation on the surface of the steel sheet when annealing and the oxidation influences the hot-dip galvanizing ability of the steel sheet greatly.Based on the consideration of actural activities of elements,the thermodynamics calculation was used to predict the influence of dew point,annealing temperature and hydrogen content on surface oxidation condition,and the results would have some effect to improve the galvanizing ability of TWIP steel.
