摘要
日本区域教育思想的发展是日本政府以及教育改革引导者在重申"生存能力"、"培养丰富人性"等教育改革基本理念的基础上,针对日本社会不断加剧的教育病理现象,对于学校、家庭以及区域三者间关系进行再思考的结果。同时,在贯彻区域教育的过程中,由于"开放学校"等政策的实施,终身教育的思潮也被很好地融入区域教育之中,并得到了良好的开展。社区学校(コミュニティ·スクール,Community School)作为日本开展区域教育的新尝试,自本世纪初设立以来,由于其在诠释区域教育意义方面的突出作用,一直深受关注。全面地把握社区学校的来龙去脉与实施方式,势必会对加深区域教育的理解起到重要作用。
The development of Japan's regional education ideas is the result of the basic concept such as ability to exist, cultivating rich humanity, which is advocated by Japanese government, the increasing troubles in Japanese educational pathology, as well as rethinking of the relationship between schools, families and the region. During the process of regional education implement, lifelong education ideas, open school policy are integrated very well. As a new attempting, community schools from its birth received more and more attention since its start at the new century. In order to understand the important roles of community schools, it is worthy to grasp the history and the implementation of community schools.
