马龙县食用菌产业科技创新的现状及对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过文献资料、访谈、实地考察等研究方法对马龙县食用菌产业科技创新的现状进行研究分析,得出领导重视、区位优越、交通便利、资源充沛、气候适宜、市场前景广阔等是马龙县食用菌产业发展优势。但通过对食用菌产业发展现状深入研究后得知,马龙县在发展食用菌产业科技创新方面仍然存在诸多不足之处,其存在的主要问题有:食用菌技术研发机构较少;食用菌科技创新人才队伍不足,从业人员数量少且人才流失严重;研究和开发工作分散重复,科技队伍综合素质偏低,缺乏"尖子"人才。为解决以上问题,提出继续加大食用菌科技投入,激活发展活力;优化服务体系,狠抓科技推广;整合教育资源,培育专业人才;新建菌种厂,解决菌种瓶颈;抓点不放面,全面推进产业发展;探索野生菌保育扩繁技术,助农增收等。 Through the literature material, interview, on-the-spot investigation method, the present situation of Malong county edible fungus industry science and technology innovation were studied and analyzed. Its development advantages were concluded that leadership attaches great importance to, the location superior, the transportation convenient, the abundant resources, the climate suitable, market value. After further study of the actuality of the learned, the county in the development of edible fungus industry science and technology innovation still had many deficiencies, and the main problems were less edible fungus technology research and development institutions, edible fungus science and technology innovation talent shortage, workforce and less serious brain drain, scattered repeated research and development work, science and technology team overall quality was low, the lack of "top talent" . To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: continue to increase investment in science and technology of edible fungi, activate development vigor; the optimization service system, vigorously promotes the science and technology promotion; the integration of education resources and nurturing professional talents; building new strain field, solving the difficulty; stresses the spot on the surface, promoting the industrial development; exploring wild fungus conservation propagation path, increasing the farmers' income.
