摘要 采用光屏蔽剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂3种材料复配基质沥青抗紫外线老化剂,根据其紫外线老化规律建立了老化方程,确立了最终老化量表征值|m/nP0|,并利用老化方程及|m/nP0|对6种组合方式进行了抗紫外线老化能力分析,得出了最优复配抗紫外线老化剂组合体系,进而对组合体系中各组分进行了最佳复合掺量研究.结果表明:沥青的紫外线老化规律符合P(t)=m/n(1+m-nP0/nP0e-mt);采用5.0%(质量分数)抗氧化剂+1.5%(质量分数)光稳定剂的复合抗紫外线老化剂具有最强的抗紫外线老化能力. In order to prepare high performance asphalt UV absorption anti-aging agent, light screener, an- tioxidant, light stabilizer were used in experiment, ultraviolet rays aging equation of asphalt was estab-|m/nP0|was used to stand for final aging quantity of asphalt pavement, aging equation and |m/nP0|were used to observe the performance of UV absorption anti-aging agent in different compound mode, opti mum composite system of asphalt composite UV absorption anti-aging agent was found, then the compli ance dosage of components in optimum composite system was selected. The results show that the aging law of asphalt ultraviolet radiation is as follows P(t)=m/n(1+m-nP0/nP0e-mt) and the asphalt UV absorp-tion anti-aging agent composed by 5% antioxidant and 1.5 % light stabilizer is of the best anti-aging per formance to UV radiation.
