摘要
目的：对心电图对左心室肥大的诊断结果以及诊断效能进行研究，以提高左心室肥大的诊断效果。方法选取于2013年11月～2014年12月在我院经二维超声心动图确诊的40例左心室肥大患者，对以上患者采用X线以及心电图进行检查，并与二维超声心动图的诊断结果进行对照分析，比较两种诊断方法的正确率。结果心电图检查的诊断正确率显著高于X线检查的诊断正确率，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心电图检查对左心室肥大有很高的诊断准确性，但是也还存在着一定的偏差，将心电图与X线检查进行结合使用，能够大大提高诊断的准确性，能够为左心室肥大治疗方案的选择提供更为充足的依据。
Objective To research the result of the electrocardiogram（ecg）in the diagnosis on the left ventricular hypertrophy,in order to improve the diagnosis of the left ventricular hypertrophy ef ect. Methods Adopted the X-ray and electrocardiogram（ecg）in the 40 cases patients and analysised the dif erent in two-dimensional echocardiography diagnosis. We compared the correct rate on the two dif erent methods. Al the cases patients were chosen from November 2013 to December 2014. Results The rate of the electrocardiogram（ecg）examination was significantly higher than the X-ray diagnostic accuracy. It was in a high treatment ef iciency and obvious dif erence between the two groups and the statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ecg examination on the diagnosis of the left ventricular hypertrophy has high accuracy,and there is certain deviation,the electrocardiogram（ecg）combined with X-ray,can greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis,to provide the suf icient evidence to treat the left ventricular hypertrophy,and it is in a high value on the clinical diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.
