摘要
目的：分析子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的临床护理方法及效果。方法搜集2013年11月～2014年11月我院子宫肌瘤患者39例，根据围手术期护理方法不同分为两组，即对照组19例（常规护理）与实验组20例（优质护理），观察并比较两组护理效果。结果两组满意度相比，实验组患者满意度较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫肌瘤患者围手术期优质护理效果良好。
Objective Clinical perioperative care approach and its effect to patients with uterine fibroids are to be investigated. Methods We chose 39 patients of uterine fibroids who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different perioperative care approaches,19 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,while 20 patients in study group were given high-quality treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’satisfaction rate in study group was quite higher than that in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative high-quality care is of favorable efficiency in treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.
