摘要
目的：探析糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的临床护理方法和效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院接收的糖尿病合并脑卒中36例患者，根据护理方法不同分为两组，即实验组（综合护理）与对照组（常规护理）各18例，观察两组效果，并对比。结果与对照组相比，实验组护理有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的综合护理效果好。
Objective To explore clinical nursing care method and its effect to patients with diabetes complicated with stroke. Methods Selected 36 patients of diabetes complicated with stroke who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment methods with 18 patients in study group（comprehensive care）and 18 patients in control group（conventional treatment）,and then compared treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Compared to control group,treatment efficacy in study group was higher than that in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care is of clinical significance in treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with stroke.
