摘要
织针对针坯的冲裁质量要求极高。模具的结构及凸凹模间隙对冲裁件的尺寸精度和断面质量有着至关重要的影响。为了提高针坯的冲裁质量,分析了织针的冲坯工艺,利用Deform有限元软件预测最佳的凸凹模间隙值,在普通冲裁模具的基础上,采用了小间隙圆角刃口结构,增加了内导柱和弹性反顶装置,设计了一套精密的光洁冲裁模具。该模具冲出的针坯尺寸精度高,锥度从原来的13.5°下降至2.1°;冲裁断面质量好,光亮带比例从19.6%增加至79.7%,断裂带比例从74.7%减少至14.1%,实现了针坯的光洁冲裁。
Textile needle requires a very high blanking quality. Structure of die and clearance between punch and die have a critical influ- ence on dimensional accuracy and sheared edge quality of the needle. In order to improve the quality of needle, the blanking process of textile needle was researched. The optimal blanking clearance was predicted by FE software of Deform. A set of precise fine-blanking die was developed based on the ordinary blanking die with a slight clearance, small rounded corner edge of punch and die, inner pillar and elastic structure with reverse force. The dimensional accuracy of textile needle was improved, and the taper dropped from 13.5 % to 2. 1 %. The sheared edge quality was increased, the burnish zone proportion increased from 19. 6% to 79. 7%, and fracture proportion decreased from 74. 7% to 14. 1%. The fine-blanking of textile needle was realized.
