武警后勤院校学员应激源量表的初步编制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:编制符合我院学员应激源的问卷。方法:编制学员应激源量表,以659名我院在校学员为研究对象。数据使用项目分析、因素分析、信度分析、效度分析等统计学方法验证其结构。结果:因素分析结果表明,40个条目可以分为7个因素:社会关系交往应激源、知识学习考核应激源、军事训练负荷应激源、生活医疗后勤应激源、领导管理体制应激源、自身素质能力应激源和家庭教育教养应激源。量表总体一致性信度为0.785,重测信度为0.711。该量表及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),生活事件量表(LES)均有较高程度的正相关,相关系数分别为0.445,0.376和0.501(P<0.05)。结论:武警后勤院校学员应激源量表具有良好的信、效度,可以作为院校学员应激源测量的工具。 Objective:To develop stressor scale for students of armed police logistics academies. Methods: Based on the stress theory and principles of the psychometrics, combined with characteristics of armed police logistics academies,the cadres' stress or scale was developed. A total of 659 students of armed police logistics academies were evaluated as samples, the data were analyzed by item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis. Results. The scale included seven dimensions, such as social relation stres- sor,assessment of knowledge stressor, military training load stressor, life medical and logistics stressor, leadership and management stressor, ability of own quality stressor, family education stressor. The internal consistency reliability was 0. 785, retest reliability coefficient was 0. 711. The criterion related validity to the stressor scale and self--rating anxiety scale(SAS), self--rating depression scale(SDS),life event scale (LES) was good, the correlation coefficient was 0. 445,0. 376, and 0. 501, respectively (P ~0. 05). Conclusion. Stressor scale is reliable and valid as a method to evaluate the stressor for students of the armed police logistics academies .
