优质鸡矮小型品系S4母系主要繁殖性能的遗传参数估计 被引量:2

摘要 以优质鸡矮小型品系S4母系第3世代为素材,估测其12周龄体重和主要繁殖性状的遗传参数.结果表明:12周龄体重、开产日龄、开产体重、开产蛋重、43周龄体重、43周龄蛋重、43周龄产蛋数和种蛋合格率的遗传力分别为0.3324、0.3178、0.3412、0.2336、03609、0.4206、0.3005和0.1684.开产日龄与12周龄体重、开产体重和43周龄产蛋数呈表型极显著负相关(P<0.01),表型相关系数分别为-0.423、-0.351和-0.428,而与开产蛋重和种蛋合格率呈表型极显著正相关(表型相关系数分别为0.265和0.395,P<0.01),还与开产蛋重呈遗传正显著相关(表型相关系数为0.262,P<0.05);开产体重与43周龄产蛋数呈表型极显著正相关(表型相关系数为0.357,P<0.01),与开产蛋重和种蛋合格率同时呈遗传和表型极显著正相关(遗传和表型相关系数分别为0.346和0.422,P<0.01);其他各指标间也存在不同程度的遗传和表型正负显著关联性(P<0.01或P<0.05).因此,今后在对开产日龄、产蛋数和种蛋蛋重为主的繁殖指标进行优质鸡矮小型品系的个体选择时,应多方面权衡考虑各因子之间的相互影响,制定最适宜的家系综合选择指数. The high-quality chicken dwarf ;natemal $4 line of the third generation was used to estimate body weight at 12 weeks age and main reproduction performance genetic parameters. The results showed that: heritabilities of body weight at 12 weeks age, age at first laying, body weight at first laying, egg weight at first laying, body weight at 43 weeks age, egg weight at 43 weeks age, the sum of egg during 43 weeks age and breeder eggs percent of pass were 0.3324, 0.3178, 0.3412, 0.2336, 03609, 0.4206, 0.3005 and 0.1684, respectively. There were high negative phenotypic correlations between age at first laying and body weight at 12 weeks age and the sum of egg during 43 weeks ( phenotypic correlation coefficient were - 0.423, - 0.351 and - 0.428, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ), and there were positive phenotypic correlations with egg weight at first laying and breeder eggs percent of pass (0.265 and 0.395, P 〈 0.01 ), and there were positive genetic correlations with egg weight at first laying (0.262, P 〈 0.05 ). There were high positive phenotypic correlations between egg weight at first laying and the sum of egg during 43 weeks age (0. 357, P 〈 0.01 ) , there were high positive genetic and phenotypic correlation between egg weight at first laying and breeder eggs percent of pass ( genetic and phenotypic correlation coefiqcients were 0.346 and 0.422, respectively, P 〈0.01 ). There were also positive or negative genetic and phenotypic correlations among other reproductive performance traits (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0. 05 ). Therefore, to give priority to age at first laying, the sum of egg and breeder eggs percent of pass on dwarf strain individual choice in the future, the different reproductive factors which affect each other should be balanced, so as to develop the most appropriate family comprehensive selection index choice for family selection.
