摘要
研究了网球拍用高强度铝合金Al-Zn-Mg-Cu的疲劳裂纹扩展行为。结果表明,在循环加卸载作用下,其裂纹更容易在与加载力方向垂直的方向上进行扩展,其裂纹扩展形式主要有沿晶扩展和穿晶混合扩展两种方式。若两个晶粒的取向差异不大,容易形成直裂纹;若两个晶粒的取向差异较大,裂纹容易发生偏转或者扭转。相比较而言,扭转比较有助于裂纹的扩展。
The fatigue crack propagation behavior of the high-strength aluminum alloy Al-Zn-Mg-Cu used for tennis racket was investigated. The results show that the crack is easy to extend along the vertical direction of loading at the condition of cycle loading and unloading. The crack propagation has two modes of intergranular and mixed transgranular. And the straight crack will form when the orientation different of two grains is small, while the crack wilt rotate or twist when the orientation different of two grains is large. By comparison, the torsion is more beneficial to the propagation of the cracks.
