摘要
通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、微观形貌观察和能谱分析等手段,分析H13钢铝合金压铸模具的失效原因。结果表明,H13钢铝合金压铸模具失效的主要原因是型腔的红硬性下降,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性不够,在高温金属液体的冲击下,模具型腔产生磨损和腐蚀。采用合理的热处理工艺和表面强化技术可以提高压铸模具的使用寿命。
The failure reason analysis on H13 die steel for aluminum alloy were studied by chemical component analysis, hardness testing, microstructure and EDS analysis. The results show that the main reasons for failure are the dropped of mold cavity's red hardness, and the weak wear and corrosion resistance. The service life of the die can be improved by using reasonable heat treatment process and surface hardening technology.
