摘要
对含金1.15 g/t的某低品位金矿进行了原矿全泥氰化浸出和柱浸浸出的实验室试验研究,研究结果表明,在原矿磨矿细度为-74μm占90%条件下,采用原矿全泥氰化浸出工艺,金浸出率79.13%;采用柱浸浸出,-10 mm粒级矿样金浸出率达到68.70%。工艺方案比较表明,在目前原矿金品位1.15 g/t、金价220元/g的情况下,推荐采用堆浸工艺开发此低品位金矿资源。
The test researches of all slime cyanide leaching and column leaching have been carried out for a low grade gold ore ( 1.15 g/t). The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness 90% below 74 μm, using the all slime cyanide leaching process, leaching recovery of gold can reach 79. 13%. Using the column leaching, the leaching recovery of gold can reach 68.70% for - 10 mm ore sample. The results of process scheme comparison show that under the conditions that the gold grade of the run of mine ore is 1.15 g/t and the price of gold is RMB 220 yuan/g, heap leaching process is recommended for the development of the low grade gold resources.
