摘要
采用新型非氰药剂SZS对贵州某微细浸染型金矿进行浸出探索试验,原矿直接浸出率较低,为60.53%,采用化学预处理方法对原矿进行预处理后,其浸出率均高于直接浸出率。当采用强氧化剂WH-2进行预处理时,金浸出率最高为66.48%。添加M-2进行预处理,浸出率最高为84.67%;添加M-1和M-2联合预处理,浸出率略低,为82.43%。添加M-1和M-3联合预处理,浸出率为86.71%,在此条件下增加充气,浸出率最高可达92.67%。
In this research a new type non-cyanide agent SZS was applied to leaching of a micro-disseminated gold ore from Guizhou province, China. Direct leaching for the raw ore turned out a leaching ratio of 60. 53%. However, the leaching ratio was increased obviously by using 4 kinds of chemical compounds, WH-2, M-1, M-2, M-3 and various combination of them as pretreatment agents. In the case of WH-2 as a strong oxidizer, the gold leaching ratio was 66. 48% ; when M-2 was used the figure increased to 84. 67% ; while M-1 and M-2 were applied simultaneously, the leaching ratio decreased to 82. 43%. When M-1 and M-3 was used simultaneously, the leaching ratio was 86. 71% , on the basis of this, when air was pumped into the pulp, the figure climbed up to 92. 67% as a result.
