摘要
采用130M无磁不锈钢制造开关柜产品上的梅花触指弹簧,将130M无磁不锈钢丝弹簧进行回火处理,系统研究了回火温度和时间对材料的硬度、拉伸性能以及弹簧样件特性值的影响,并通过盐雾实验研究其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,130M无磁不锈钢弹簧的回火工艺温度范围较宽,回火后的130M钢丝的硬度和抗拉强度提高,弹簧特性值接近理论计算值的上限,弹簧的尺寸、特性值和外观质量满足技术要求。
The button contact springs of switchgears, which are made of nonmagnetic stainless steel 130M, were tempered to investigate the effects of tempering temperature and time on the spring wires' hardness and tensile strength, and the springs' characteristic value. In addition, salt spray test was conducted to reveal the corrosion resistance of the springs. The results show that the tempering temperature range is rather wide for the springs, the hardness and tensile strength increase after tempering, the characteristic value approaches to the upper limit of theoretical one, and all of the dimensions, the characteristic value, and the appearance quality of the springs meet the technical requirements.
