摘要
通过文献资料法、调查法和统计分析法等研究方法对湖南省青少年体育后备人才的培养进行深入调查研究,得出影响湖南省青少年体育后备人才培养的主要因素,并积极寻求后备人才培养系统可持续发展的对策,为进一步推进湖南省体育事业的发展提供理论依据。
Through the literature material law, questionnaire and statistical analysis research methods, this article makes insight into the situation of youth sports reserve personnel training in Hunan province, and on the basis of investigation and study. It is concluded the main factors influencing the Hunan youth sports reserve personnel training, and actively seeking countermeasures for the sustainable development of reserve personnel training system in order to further promote the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports in Hunan province to provide theoretical basis.
