摘要
目的探讨高危前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperjplasia,BPH)患者行经尿道前列腺汽化术(transurethral vaporigation of the prostate,TUVP)的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2010年1月至2013年7月武警河南总队医院收治的157例高危BPH患者的临床资料。结果 157例高危BPH患者均顺利接受了TUVP治疗,1例术后1h出现经尿道电切综合征(transurethral resection syndrome,TURS),2例术后当天大出血返手术室电凝止血,其余患者未发生护理相关并发症。结论精心周到的围术期护理有助于提高BPH患者接受TUVP治疗的依从性,能有效预防和减少术后并发症,保证高危BPH患者安全度过围术期。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients with high risk benign prostatic hyper-plasia （BPH）,who underwent transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate （TUVP）during the periop-erative period.Methods Clinical data of 157 patients with high risk BPH in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 157 cases with high risk BPH successfully received TUVP treatment.Transurethral resection syndrome （TURS）happened in one patient after 1 hour of surgery.Two patients underwent bleeding at the day of operation and were sent back to the operation room to stanch.Other patients had no nursing related complications.Conclusion The implementation of pre-operative nursing can help to promote the compliance of patients underwent surgery,prevent and reduce compli-cations,assure the safe of patients with high risk for BPH during the perioperative period.
