摘要 通过分析地面预注浆循环过程,发现水的稀释作用与注浆材料的物理、化学污染是导致钻井液性能不稳定、钻井液材料消耗高的根本原因,结合工程实际情况从工艺、材料、管理等方面提出了钻井液降耗措施,并在工程施工中采用由旋流除砂器、离心机等固控设备串联构成三级钻井液净化循环工艺,取得了较好的除砂、除泥效果,钻井液性能得到有效控制。 According to the analysis of surface pre - grouting cycle, the drilling fluid properties instability and high drilling fluid consumption in drilling process were caused by the dilution effect of water, physical and chemical pollution of grouting materials. Consumption reduction measures of drilling fluid materials were proposed combining with engineering practice, from the views of process, materials and management. A three level drill fluid purification cycle process was applied in practice, cascaded by solid control equipment like cyclone desander and centrifuge, favorable desanding and desliming effects was obtained, the properties of drilling fluid was controlled.
