摘要
以柠檬酸、硝酸钡、硝酸铁、硝酸镍和硝酸钴等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了一系列W型铁氧体Ba(NixCo1-x)Fel6O27粉体并利用XRD,SEM和矢量网络分析仪分别测试样品的物相组成,表面形貌和吸波性能,研究了硝酸铁含量、硝酸镍和硝酸钴比例等对合成Ba(NixCo1-x)Fel6O27粉体的影响。结果表明:在Fe/Ba和Ni/Co配比分别为12∶1和1∶1时,合成的粉体吸波性能最优,且主要为自由共振引起的磁损耗。
In this paper, a series of W-type Ba(NixCo1-x)Fe16O27 ferrites were prepared by sol-gel method with the materials of C6H8O7· H2O, Ba(NO3)2, Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O and Co(NO3)2·6H2O and so on. The phase structure, morphology and the microwave absorbing properties of the samples were measured by XRD, SEM and Vector Network Analyzer respectively. Study on the effect of the n(Fe/Ba) and n(Ni/Co) on preparing Ba(NixCo1-x)Fe16O27 indicates that when the n(Fe/Ba) and n(Ni/Co) are 12:1 and 1:1 respectively, the powders prepared show the most excellent microwave absorbing properties.
