摘要
红河油田主力开发层位属于典型的"三低"储层,为降低油田开发成本,实现分段评价开采,完井方式改用二开井身结构套管射孔完井。通过加强井筒准备、认真落实下套管技术措施,确保油层套管顺利下放到位;先后通过附件优选、前置液设计、水泥浆体系优化和固井工艺流程优化,形成了一套适于红河油田水平井固井工艺技术措施,实现水平井一次全返的封固目的,为油井后期作业提供合格井眼。
The main oil reservoirs of Honghe Oilfield are typical "three lows" reservoir. Two-section wellbore structure and perfora- tion completion are applied in order to reduce development cost and implement segmenting exploitation. A set of technical measures suitable to the cementing technology of horizontal wells in Honghe Oilfield are formed by strengthening the preparedness to wellbore and seriously implementing the technical measures for casing to ensure production casing smoothly in place, and optimizing appendixes, preflush design, slurry system and cementing process. These technical measures ensure once full-return cementing of horizontal wells, which provides a qualified borehole for late operations of oil wells.
