粗细集料比对排水性沥青混合料性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 基于马歇尔、贯入剪切、低温SCB、间接拉伸疲劳试验研究了88/12、85/15、80/20、78/22、75/25、70/30共6种粗细集料比例对排水性沥青混合料体积指标和路用性能的影响。试验结果表明:粗细集料比对排水性沥青混合料体积指标和路用性能均有显著影响,粗细集料比合理的排水性沥青混合料具有较高的贯入剪切强度,较小的粗细集料比能有效提高混合料的抗疲劳性能和低温抗裂性能。综合考虑沥青路面的功能性和路用性能,建议的排水性沥青混合料粗细集料比的范围为80/20~75/25。 This article based on Marshall,Penetration shear,low SCB and indirect tensile fatigue tests to study the road performance and volume indicators of Porous asphalt mixture under 88 /12,85 /15,80 /20,78 /22,75 /25,70 /30 six kinds of coarse and fine ratio. The results showed that: the coarse and fine ratio have a significant impact on volume index and road performance of drainage asphalt mixture. the reasonable coarse and fine ratio of drainage asphalt mixture has high penetration shear strength. The smaller coarse and fine ratio can effectively improve the anti-fatigue performance of mixture and the low temperature crack resistance. Comprehensive consideration road functionality and performance of drainage asphalt mixture,suggest the reasonable coarse and fine ratio of drainage asphalt mixture is 80 /20 ~ 75 /25.
