踝关节运动损伤影像学研究新进展 被引量:10

摘要 踝关节损伤是运动员中常见的下肢损伤,发病率可以达到21% ~40%.有研究表明运动员在踝关节发生损伤后如果早期没能做出准确的诊断和及时有效的治疗,在症状体征还没有完全恢复的情况下就投入训练和比赛,将会导致踝关节的进一步严重损伤,造成关节的功能障碍,甚至会影响到运动员的职业生涯[1-2].因此,运动员踝关节损伤后早期及时准确的诊断、有效的治疗和康复对运动员保持良好的竞技状态,延长运动寿命非常重要.而影像学检查方法和诊断技巧是早期及时发现病变并作出准确诊断的重要环节.本文就踝关节损伤的影像学诊断有关问题进行综述.
