摘要 目的分析股骨髋臼撞击综合征(FAI)的影像学表现。方法选取34例临床拟诊FAI患者,对所有患者行骨盆正位片检查,21例行双髋关节MSCT平扫及MR检查,分析FAI的影像学表现。结果 34例患者中,32例确诊为FAI,其中骨盆正位片发现先天解剖学异常及病变27例;MSCT平扫及三维重建21例清晰均表现为髋关节骨质异常;MRI还可清晰显示周围继发软组织损伤12例。2例确诊为股骨头无菌坏死。结论影像学可为FAI的诊断和进一步治疗提供必要的解剖及病理学证据,有助于为FAI的新概念及新分型提供理论依据。 Objective To analyze the imaging findings of femoral acetabulum impingement (FAI). Methods Thirty-four patients with clinical examination FAI underwent pelvic anteroposterior film examination, and 21 cases underwent MSCT and MRI. The imaging appearances of FAI were analyzed. Results There were 32 FAI patients. Congenital anatomic ab- normalities were found in 27 cases by X-rays; MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction showed hip abnormalities in all 21 patients, besides, MRI also clearly displayed in 12 patients with soft tissue injury. There were 2 cases confirmed aseptic necrosis of femoral head. Conclusion Imaging can provide the anatomy and pathology evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of FAI, and can put forward new concept and classification standards of FAI, which has certain significance to guide clinical treatment.
