摘要
目的建立梯度洗脱-反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中8种添加剂(柠檬黄、苋菜红、糖精钠、胭脂红、日落黄、苯甲酸、山梨酸、亮兰)的高效液相色谱方法。方法样品经前处理后用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后,以甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液(pH=5.0)梯度洗脱,二级管阵列(DAD)检测器:240 nm波长。流量1.0 ml/min,柱温:室温。结果线性关系好,回归系数均为0.999 9,回收率为96.0%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~2.9%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg^0.06 mg/kg。,结论该法同时测定食品中8种添加剂成分,快速准确、重现性好,适合基层卫生单位快速检测。
Objective To establish the 'gradient elution - reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to simultaneously determine 8 kinds of additives in food ( tartrazine, amaranth, saccharin sodium, carmine, sunset yellow, benzoic acid and sorbic acid, bright blue). Methods After pretreatment, thesample was filtered with 0. 45μm micro- porous membrane filter, gradient eluted with methanol - 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution ( pH = 5.0) and tested the wavelength by diode array detector (DAD) : 240 nm. The flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature : room temperature. Results The linear relationship was good; regression coefficients were 0. 999 9; recovery rate was between 96.0% and 100.1% ; relative standard deviation was between 0.4% and 2.9% ; detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg -0.06 mg/kg. Conclu- sion This method can determine 8 kinds of additive ingredients in food simultaneously which was rapid, accurate, reproducible and suitable for rapid detection of grassroots health units.
