近红外漫反射方法在中药材品质评价中的应用

摘要 近红外光谱是可见光(VIS)与中红外光(MIR)之间的一段谱区,其信息量比较大,但吸收强度弱、谱带宽、重叠严重、解析较难的缺点曾限制了其应用,随着计算机和与化学计量学统计软件的发展,其应用越来越广泛。近红外漫反射技术(near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry,NIRDRS)是对固体样品进行近红外测定常用的方法,可直接测定固体样品,只需对样品进行简单的处理,不需要制样,操作简便、快速。由于NIRDRS从整体入手对样品进行分析,比较符合中医药的整体观,所以其在中药研究中已有了很多应用。本文对NIRDRS在中药的品质评价研究中的应用方面进行了综述。 Near- infrared (NIR) is a length of spectra between visible light(VIS) and intermediate infrared(MIR) ,it has comparatively large information, but it wasn't generally used for its shortages of weak absorption intensity, wideband, overlap, hard to analyze. It was used more and more general/y, along with the development of the computer and chemometfics. Near - infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry (NIRDRS) is commonly used for the determination of solid sample, whose operation is convenient and quickly. It has been widely used in the traditional Chinese medicine, for its origin is entirety of the sample, which consistent with entirety of the traditional Chinese medicine. This paper summarized the applleation of NIRDRS to quality evaluation of the traditional Chinese medicine.
