摘要
建立了EDTA络合滴定法测定钛合金中锆含量不确定度的评定方法,从锆标准溶液浓度、EDTA标准溶液浓度、钛合金样品中锆含量测定三个环节对不确定度来源进行分析评定。评定结果表明,锆含量不确定度主要来源于EDTA标准溶液浓度和样品测定的重复性,得到了合成相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,当试样锆含量为1.99%时,测定结果可表示成(1.99±0.028)%(k=2)。
The uncertainty evaluation method for determination of zirconium content in titanium alloy by EDTA complexometric titration was established, the source of uncertainty from those 3 departments such as zirconium standard solution concentration, EDTA standard solution concentration and determination of zirconium content in titanium alloy sample were analyzed. The evaluation result showed that the main sources of the zirconium content uncertainty were EDTA standard solution concentration and the repeatability of samples determination, the relative combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were obtained, when the zirconium content in samples is 1.99%, the results of determination can be expressed as ( 1.99 ±0. 028 ) % ( k = 2).
