摘要
在高650mm、有效容积1280m L的三级串联液固厌氧流化床单室无膜空气阴极微生物燃料电池(MFCs)中,研究了啤酒废水处理及产电性能。结果表明:串联后输出电压等于三个单级电池的电压之和,约为623.5m V,最大功率密度为0.340m W/m2。该体系内阻为21667Ω。恒温条件下(35℃),处理10天后,啤酒废水COD由初始的2025mg/L降至107.4mg/L,COD去除率达94.69%。通过液相色谱分析处理前后啤酒废水中的有机物质含量的结果可知,MFCs能够充分降解啤酒废水中的葡萄糖、木糖和乙酸等有机物质。
In series of three - stage liquid - solid anaerobic fluidized bed single - chamber membrane - less air - cathode microbial fuel cells (650mm in height, 1280mL in volume), the beer wastewater was treated and produce electricity generation properties were investigated. The results show that, the output voltage of triple series is about 623.5mV, which is equal to the total of three single batteries. And the maximum power density is O. 340mW/m^2. The system's internal resistance is 21667Ω. The COD of beer wastewater was decreased from 2025mg/L to 107.4mg/L at 35% after running 10 days, and the COD removal ratio up to 94.69%. From the HPLC spectra of the influent and effluent of MFCs fed with beer wastewater analysis shows that organic substances such as glucose, xylose , acetic acid in beer wastewater can be fully degraded.
