摘要
纸蜂窝夹芯-纳米绝热复合墙板,是以仿生正六边形蜂窝结构再生纸芯为中间层、上下覆有粉煤灰水泥板,以纳米绝热胶粘剂粘结而成的夹芯复合板。该复合墙板抗冲击性10次无裂纹,吊挂力达到1000 N,传热系数为1.3 W/(m2·K),空气隔声量达到45 d B,耐火极限1 h;以双层复合蜂窝夹芯-纳米绝热材料复合墙板为外墙的建筑物节能效率可达60%以上。
Paper honeycomb sandwich-nano composite insulation panel is a kind of sandwich composite panel with bionic hexagonal honeycomb structure recycled paper core as the middle layer,fly ash cement board on top and bottom, bonded with nano insulation adhesive. The composite panel can resist 10 times of impact without cracks, hanging force reaches 1000 N,the heat transfer coefficient is 1.3 W/(m2"K),air sound reduction factor reaches 45dB,fire resistance is 1 h;the energy-efficiency of building with double-layer composite honeycomb sandwiched core-nano composite insulation panel as exterior wall can be up to 60%.
