商业银行功能再造的国际比较研究 被引量：1

摘要 文章通过对1999~2012年中国、美国和日本等国主要商业银行的面板数据的分析,运用实证模型分析银行的功能再造、全面风险管理与银行的风险调整绩效之间的关系。研究发现：商业银行的功能再造对于风险控制和银行整体绩效均有存在显著且稳定的正相关关系,实证结果对商业银行提高经营管理水平和增强盈利能力有一定的指导意义。
