不同结构含磷极压剂对冲压润滑性能的影响

摘要 研究不同结构含磷极压剂对冲压加工摩擦磨损性能的影响。使用SRV试验机和ERICHSEN金属板材成型试验机,并结合添加剂分子的热失重分析,对不同结构含磷极压剂在冲压加工过程的润滑性能进行研究。结果表明,热分解温度较低的亚磷酸酯类极压剂能够极大地提高油品的埃里克森杯凸值(IE值),可有效地提高冲压油的润滑性能。但随温度升高,亚磷酸酯类极压剂易出现摩擦因数"突增"现象,可通过添加剂的适当复配,避免润滑油出现摩擦因数的"突增"。 The influence on friction and wear properties by different structure phosphate extreme-pressure additives dur- ing stamping process was researched.The lubricating properties of different structure phosphate additives during stamping process were studied using Optimol SRV and ERICHSEN sheet metal forming machine and combining with molecular ther- mo-gravimetric analysis of additives.The results show that the sub-phosphate extreme-pressure additive with lower decomposition temperature can extremely enhance Ericson trophy value (IE value ) , and improve the lubrication properties of stamping oils.However along with rising of temperature ,the phenomena of "Suddenly increasing" of friction coefficient is easily appeared, which can be avoided by suitably mixing of several additives.
