The Construction of Talent Training System of School Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education: An Discussion based on the “5321” Mode

摘要 文章通过分析当前高职教育校企合作人才培养机制存在的问题,探索了校企合作人才培养新机制即"5321"校企合作模式,以政府、学校、企业共同参与的"三个层面"的组织机构为基本框架,以"五个结点"的系校企合作办公室为联络纽带,以校企双主体育人模式为办学理念,以学校、企业、学生三方共赢的共同利益诉求为"一个目标",形成互动系统,构建合力育人机制。政府应发挥宏观调控作用,建立支持性激励制度;学校应构建开放性管理体系,适应校企合作深化需求;企业应重视校企合作的溢出效应,激发参与职业教育内在活力三个层面,为"5321"校企合作模式的良好运行提供充分的保障。 School enterprise cooperation and working and learning combination are the mainline of talent raining in higher vocational education, and the common value orientation and key strategic plan of the sustainable development of vocational college. By analyzing problems encountered by current talent training system of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, the current paper proposed a new model called "5321" school enterprise cooperation mode. The "3" stands for the framework of this model that organize the participation of government, school and enterprise. The "5" stands for the five connecting points that link department, college and industry. The "2" stands for the dual subjectsof school and enterprise. The "1" stands for the common goal of school, enterprise and students. These four elements interact with each other and form an integrated talent training system. To guarantee the function of this model, the government should exert its regulation function and establish overall supporting system, colleges should construct an open management system, and enterprises should appreciate the value of school enterprise cooperation.
