摘要
某高层建筑工程,设计要求采用CFG桩复合地基基础,对该工程的3组CFG桩复合地基进行了复合地基静载荷试验,试验结果均未能满足设计要求.为缩短工期,经研究决定对该工程进行增补PHC管桩,补桩施工完毕后对由PHC管桩和CFG桩组成的多桩复合地基进行了静载荷试验,试验结果均可满足规范和设计要求.
A high-rise building design requires using CFG pile composite foundation, through three groups static load test of CFG pile composite foundation, and the test results have proved that it failed in meeting the design requirements. To shorten the construction period, a decision from the study commissioned by principal is made to bring additions to the project PHC pipe piles. When pile up construction is completed, testing unit for multi-pile composite foundation by PHC pipe pile and CFG piles are composed of static load test, and the test results prove to be good in meeting the specifications and design requirements.
