摘要
目前我国高校贫困大学生资助体系架构基本形成。但也存在着资助力度与助学需求,政策规定性与操作可变性之间的矛盾。融进法治理念,完善助学机制,规范资助流程,是提升资助工作精准化水平的有效举措。
The poor college students in colleges and universities funded system architecture basic formation. But there is also assistance and student demand, the contradiction between the policy stipulation and operator variability. Melts into the concept of the rule of law, perfect the educational mechanism, the standard funding process, and is an effective measure to enhance the level of funding work precision.
