黑龙江省西瓜细菌性果斑病防治药剂的筛选 被引量:8

摘要 为了丰富黑龙江省露地西瓜果斑病的防治药剂和方法,通过平板抑菌试验和种子消毒处理等方法对硫酸链霉素等17种药剂进行筛选。结果表明,在平板抑菌试验中,有噻霉酮等7种药剂的抑菌圈≥20 mm,抑菌效果较好;在种子处理试验中筛选出3%双氧水浸种30 min和2 000 mg·L-1噻霉酮浸种30 min抑菌效果较好;双氧水处理种子的发芽率和发芽势为95.6%和12.7 mm,噻霉酮处理种子的发芽率和发芽势为97.8%和14 mm;噻霉酮和双氧水处理种子的发芽率分别比对照提高22.6%和20.4%,发芽势分别比对照提高47.4%和33.7%。试验筛选出一种新型药剂噻霉酮,对黑龙江省露地西瓜果斑病菌的抑菌效果较好。 In order to enrich the prevention and control chemical and methods of BFB on watermelon in Heilongjiang province, 17 chemicals were detected through the plate bacteriostatic test and seed treatment. In bacteriostatic experiment, bacteriostatie effect was detected in 7 chemicals which hacteriostatic ring was above 20 mm. In seed test, the seed had better effect with 3% hydrogen peroxide of 30 min and 2 000 mg· L^-1 thiamethoxam mildew of 30 min. The germination rate and germination potential soaked by hydrogen peroxide was 95.6% and 12.7 mm respectively. The germination rate and germination potential soaked by thiamethoxam ketone was 97.8% and 14 mm respectively. The germination rate and germination potential soaked by control was 75.2% and 9.5 mm respectively. A new type of chemical thiamethoxam was selected through this test which is fit for prevation of BFB of watermelon in HeiLongjiang province.
