摘要 Large numbers of individuals experience low back pail (LBP) during their lifetime . LBP excruciates approxi mately 80% aging population and causes significant so cio-economic problem . LBP often originates from the intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD). The intervertebra disc (IVD) is a specialized biomechanical complex com posed of a hyper-hydrated and oligocellular central structure namely, the nucleus pulposus (NP), and the annulus fibrou: (AF) .
