摘要
通过仿真实验与热力计算相结合的方法分析了调节阀的流量特性,并得到了调节阀顺序开启时其后调节级压力与流量关系。对顺序阀定压运行时调节级有效比焓降进行实例计算,并得到调节级汽室混合后比焓的建模思路,为分析调节级变工况时的工作状态提供了参考。
The flow characteristics of governing valve was analyzed through combined method of simulation experiments and thermodynamic calculation, and the relationship between pressure and flow rate of governing stage was obtained in sequence operation mode of the governing valve. The enthalpy drop of governing stage was calculated with actual examples in case that the sequence valve was operated at constant pressure, thus obtaining the calculation model for mixing enthalpy in the steam chamber of governing stage, which may serve as a reference for working condition analysis of the governing stage under varying conditions.
