摘要
为解决硅橡胶复合绝缘子伞裙易被鸟啄伤和踩踏损伤的问题,采用力学性能和电性能优异的环氧材料制备悬式绝缘子。分析添加Al(OH)3和纳米Al2O3对环氧伞裙材料性能的影响,并与目前的硅橡胶伞裙材料进行性能对比。结果表明:Al(OH)3填料的加入能提高环氧树脂的耐电痕化性能;纳米Al2O3的加入能有效提高环氧树脂的电气强度和体积电阻率;除憎水性外,环氧伞裙材料的力学性能和电性能均优于硅橡胶伞裙材料,满足绝缘子型式试验的各项要求。但环氧绝缘子的结构设计必须考虑环氧固化物内应力释放而造成的开裂问题。
To solve the problem that the umbrella skirt of silicone rubber composite insulator is easy to be damaged by birds and maintainer, we prepared suspension insulators by epoxy materials with excellent mechanical and electrical properties. The effect of the addition of AI(OH)3 and nano-A1203 on the proper- ties of the epoxy umbrella skirt materials were studied, and their performance were compared with sili- con rubber umbrella skirt material. The results show that the addition of AI(OH)3 can improve the track- ing resistance of epoxy resin. The addition of nano-A1203 can effectively increase the electric strength and volume resistivity of epoxy resin. The mechanical and electrical properties of the epoxy umbrella skirt materials are better than that of the silicon rubber umbrella skirt material except for hydrophobicity, which satisfying the requirements of type test for insulators. However, the structure design of epoxy insulator must conisder the cracking problem caused by stress relief of the cured epoxy.
