摘要
以FR3型植物绝缘油(库柏油)、实验室精炼大豆植物绝缘油和甲酯化菜籽植物绝缘油为研究对象,以25#矿物绝缘油为对比,在模拟试验装置中进行200~700℃热故障试验。研究了不同热故障温度下H2、CO、CO2、CH4等7种特征气体在4种绝缘油中的产气规律,为植物绝缘油的溶解气体故障诊断方法(DGA)构建提供了实验依据。
Using FR3 vegetable insulating oil, refined soybean insulating oil and ester-exchanged rape- seed insulating oil as research object, mineral insulating oil as reference, we simulated thermal fault experiments at 200~700℃ in simulation device. The gas production rule of H2、CO,CO2、CH4 etc. 7 kinds of characteristic gases in the four insulating oils under different temperatures were studied. This research can provide basis for establishing fault diagnosis methods of dissolved gas in vegetable insulating oils.
