摘要
LLC谐振变换器具有高效率、高功率密度的特点,因此得到了广泛应用。传统的模拟控制器控制策略不灵活,抗干扰能力差,硬件电路复杂,难以实现复杂的控制方法,极大地限制了变换器效率和可靠性的提高。为此,基于UCD3138数字控制芯片,研究了LLC谐振变换器的数字控制,有效提高了变换器控制的灵活性,降低了成本。基于24 V/480 W原理样机的实验结果验证了数字控制的可行性和有效性。
LLC resonant converter is a popular soft-switch topology because of its high efficiency and high power density. Traditional analog control method has some drawbacks, such as complex hardware implementation, poor anti-interfer- ence capability, and difficulty to implement the advance control algorithm, which limit the improvement of the efficiency and reliability.To solve these problems,the digital control of LLC resonant converter is studied and implemented based on UCD3818 digital chip,which enhanced significantly the flexibility and reduced the system cost.The experi- mental result, taken from a prototype with 480 W power level and 24 V output voltage, show the effectiveness and feasibility of the studied digital control.
