摘要
目的比较两类药物在治疗心律失常上的成本-效益。方法选取河源市中医院心内科心律失常患者60例,分为A组口服国产基本药物盐酸胺碘酮片和B组口服盐酸索他洛尔片(伟特),两周后比较两组患者的疗效并进行成本-效益分析。结果显示A组患者的总有效率为93.3%,B组患者的总有效率为90.0%,两组比较差异不明显(P>0.05);A组的成本效益比为0.29明显低于B组的0.86,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮在改善心律失常方面疗效与索他洛尔相当,从成本-效益分析角度来看,盐酸胺碘酮片更佳。
Objective To compare the two drugs in the treatment of arrhythmia of cost - benefit. Methods Se1ect our heart arrhythmia patients with 60 cases,divided into A set of ora1 Chinese basic ora1 drug amiodarone hydroch1oride tab1ets and group B 1ine he par1our hydroch1oride（ wei ）, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients after two weeks and cost-benefit ana1ysis. Results The resu1ts shown that the tota1 effective rate was 93. 3% in group A patients, B group of patients with the tota1 effective rate was 90. 0%,no obvious difference compared the two groups（P〉0. 05）;Group A cost-benefit ratio 0. 29 ,0. 86 significant difference was 1ower than that in group B（ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Amiodarone in improving arrhythmia efficacy with Mr. He, quite, from the Ang1e of cost - benefit ana1ysis,amiodarone hydroch1oride tab1et is better.
