摘要
文章介绍了通过借鉴澳大利亚/新西兰风险管理标准(AS/NZS4360:2004)对医疗风险管理进行识别、分析并实施管理,通过收集各种风险信息,重视对每一事件的各环节分析,讨论潜在的隐患,预测和评估可能发生的风险,并进行及时、有效的整改和控制,收到了良好效果。认为实施医疗风险管理是一种有效的、可操作的质量管理模式,能有效提高医疗质量水平,并降低医疗风险的发生率,以及降低医疗风险成本。
Borrowing risk management standard （AS/NZS4360 2004） from Australia and New Zealand, the paper carries outthe identification, analysis and implementation of medical risk management. By collecting various kinds of risk information, emphasizeis laid on procedure analysis for each event. The paper also discusses latent troubles, assesses and evaluates possible risks on the basisof which timely and effective remedial and control measures are taken and favorable results are obtained. The papers thus holds thatimplementation of medical risk management is an effective and feasible quality management mode which can not only raise medicaltreatment quality level, but also decrease the occurrence rate of medical risk and reduce medical risk cost.
