摘要
应用模糊综合评价方法,全面考虑煤炭企业中影响安全生产的因素集,对煤炭企业的安全状况进行评价,并得出当前所处的安全状况等级,有针对性地寻找安全问题并制定合适的安全管理措施。为煤炭企业推动各职能部门向扁平管理模式、分级负责管理体系转变,为加强安全管理工作奠定基础。
Application the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the factors affecting the safe production in coal enterprises evaluate the safety status of coal enterprise ,and it is concluded that the current security situation of grades ,targeted for security issues and formulate appropriate safety management measures .For coal enterprises to promote the functional departments respon-sible to flat management model and classification management system transformation lay a foundation for strengthening safety management .
