摘要
体质监测指出,在中小学生体质下降得到遏制情况下,大学生体质仍在下降。高校体育课作为学生参与体育锻炼和掌握运动技能的重要时机,理应承担相应责任。因此如何提高体育课教学质量是当今高校体育改革重点。值此背景,采用文献资料和实验法,根据普通高校体育教学实践特点和社会认知角度理论,提出在普通高校体育教学中实施复合反馈,并结合反馈、建构主义和社会认知等理论,阐述复合反馈机理,最后在乒乓球教学实践中检验。结果:复合反馈指将普通高校体育技能学习划分为引导观察、练习模仿、自我监控引导和自我调节这4个不同阶段,并根据不同阶段特征,给与不同反馈形式和内容,发挥出教师主导性和学生主体性,实现内、外在反馈的有机统一。复合反馈能有效提高乒乓球回球精准性,加快形成正确技术动作模型,但并未提高对打回合。另外,复合反馈能显著提高学生上课总体满意度、自我效能感、上课练习努力程度,能在一定程度上提高学生技术提高满意度和上课快乐度。
Physical fitness test showed that the physique decline of primary and middle school students has been stopped, but the university students ' hasn' t. As an important part for students taking part in exercise and motor skill learning, physical education in university should take some responsibilities. How to improve the quality of physical education is the key of sports reform in university. Using literature review and experiment research methods, according to practice characteristics of physical education in university, based on social cognitive perspective theory, this study proposed the implementation of composite feedback in university's physical education, explained the mechanism of composite feedback by the theories of feedback, constructivism and social cognition, and tested composite feedback in practice. Results: Sports skill learning in universities can be divided into observation, emulation, self-monitoring and self-regulating phases. According to different phases' feature, composite feedback gives different feedback forms and contents for teachers and students playing their role fully, and for achieving the unification of internal and external feedbacks. Composite feedback can effectively improve the accuracy of hitting table tennis, accelerate the formation of the correct technical action model, but cannot improve the rally rounds. In addition, the composite feedback can significantly improve the overall satisfaction of students, self efficacy and class effort to promote students' skill and happiness.
