高原康胶囊对模拟高原缺氧大鼠颅内压的影响

摘要 目的:探讨高原康胶囊在模拟高原缺氧条件下对大鼠颅内压的影响。方法:大鼠进入模拟海拔5 000m的高原低氧环境。实验分为5组:平原对照组、模拟高原对照组及高原康低、中、高三个剂量组。缺氧12h后,各组分别灌服相应药物,给药1.5h后,用直接插管法测定大鼠颅内压。结果:高原康胶囊可明显降低缺氧大鼠颅内压。结论:高原康胶囊具有降低缺氧大鼠颅内压的作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Gaoyuankang Capsules on intracranial pressure in simulated high - altitude hypoxia condition in rats. Methods: Rats were fed in the simulated high - altitude 5 000meters hy- poxia environment. Rats were divided into 5 groups:the plain control group, the simulated high - altitude control group, and Gaoyuankang capsules groups (20mg/kg,40mg/kg,80mg/kg). Each group rats were administrated with corresponding drugs after hypoxia for 12h, and the intracranial pressure of rats were determined after administration for 1.5h. Results:Gaoyuankang capsules can obviously reduce intracranial pressure in hypoxic rats. Conclusion: Gaoyuankang capsules have a role of reducing intracranial pressure in hypoxic rats.
