摘要
研究了采用直流电弧原位冶金技术制备WC/Ni复合材料的方法和组织性能。试验结果表明,生成的WC颗粒在制备的WC/Ni复合材料的底部和顶部中的分布和尺寸都不同,底部分布较少并成散乱分布,尺寸达到100~200μm;顶部分布较多且有序分布,尺寸为10~20μm。基体为Al0.9Ni4.22相且硬度整体一致,WC组织颗粒的宏观形貌为三棱柱,微观则为层片状结构,且其硬度根据所处位置不同而有一定变化,最大值可达到2 331.99 HV。
This paper has some researches on the preparation of WC/Ni composite materials with direct current (DC) arc in - suit met- allurgical technology and their structural properties. Experimental results show that the distribution and size of WC particles generated in WC/Ni composite materials are different both at the bottom and the top, less and dispersed with the size of 100 -200 μm at the bot- tom while more and well -regulated with the size of 10 -20 μm at the top. The metal matrix is A10.gNi4.22 and has uniform hardness. WC particles have the macroscopic appearance similar to triangular - prism and the micromorphology of lamellar structure whose hard- ness can vary within a certain range according to the position, with the maximal value 2 331.99 HV.
