摘要
零件特征信息的获取是机械设计工作的重要内容,涵盖零件所具备的基本设计信息。基于UG5.0开发平台,通过运用UG/Open API技术,对实现UG轴类零件的特征输出内容进行开发与研究。主要通过注册环境变量,添加UG程序菜单,利用VC++6.0进行Open API程序的编写与函数调用,从而实现UG环境下程序与机械零件的动态链接,最终完成了轴类零件的特征输出工作,并在对话框中进行了特征输出与显示。测试结果表明:所开发的程序同样适用于不同UG零件的特征输出与显示。
Obtaining part' s feature information is an important content of machine design work, which covers the basic design informa- tion of maehine parts. Now based on UG5.0 development platform, through the use of UG/Open API technology, development and re- search work have been done for the feature information outpul of the UG shaft pans. By registering environment variables, adding the UG application menu, using VC + +6.0 for programming and calling Open API functions, the dynamic link library has heen linked with the machine part, and finally the feature information output of shaft parts has been eompleted, with the ot, tput and display in the dialog done. Test results show that the developed program is also applicahle to the output and display of different UG parts.
